Its not just the fans but the whole set here in the UK that would come under scrutiny if the same thing happens again to us.

If the Glazers cant get scum out of their hole or we go down the same route again then there will be ramifications from that because this lackadaisical approach to running a football club is ruining the game over here.

I don't really have a good feeling about any of the 2 bids we keep hearing about. Kirdi is just a puppet for H&G it would seem and I wouldn't be suprised if he has no intention of buying us and is just there to up the price. Huang is full of it too. One minute backed by CIC then not then he's bid then he's not. I just don't have a good feeling about it at the moment.

There were supposed to be 6 bidders or interested parties at one point. We know about 2 of them and the Sahara group have reportedly pulled out so who are the other 3 and why are they so quiet?

The Rhone Group and the Al-Kharafi family are other bidders the media are touting about, dont know about the 6th.

I think its a good thing they're quiet and I'm glad Huang has stopped talking too. I would rather they just kept it shut and got on with the business. This media saga is actually a bit tacky.

What I am confused about is the fit and proper test which is supposed to be conducted by the prem. I googled Hicks & gillett and they have been doing these LBO's since at least 2000. They have failed to pay back loans and left loads of companies to go bankrupt. If I can get this info by just googling their names, how come Moores & the board conducting the fit & proper test didn't. Gillett took out a racing team in 2007 which have also gone bust.

thats the great uproar about the whole thing. they did their research on gillett but took hicks on gilletts recomendation, without checking him out at all.
