i know we havent got champions league this season but i think we can attract the TOP talents to come to liverpool. if we had the money to spend in the transfer market every player would know they would only miss out on CL for 1season. you cant compare us to man city, we are the most successful team in england. we have history and world wide fan base where us city have fucck all just like chealsea.

I hope that is true it would be a big f*ck you to Gillet and Hicks. It works out well because apparently Broughton will announce the lead candidate by the end of the week. Starting to fit together now. Still trying not to get to far ahead of myself though.

The next several days will be very intriguing. We'll know soon enough whether the strong rumours about a possible imminent takeover is true or just simply another false dawn.

I think this needs to be done in the next 10 days otherwise no money really to affect the transfer window. Don't want a man city and trying to buy players at the last min on the last day before the window shuts.

To be honest with you i feel we only need 3 players , Arda Turan , Steven Defour and either Crouch or Remy. I think thats very achievable with the money that we have now plus mash, degen and hopefully insuas sales
