will be very interesting to see some of the youngsters in action. amoo is one player i have high hopes for and i hope shelvey will get to play in the 2nd half.

Roy said they will all play, so I would expect all the subs to come on at half time or shortly after. It's gonna be a tough game for the lads, they should be up for it though so hopefully it will be good game.
Watching it on official website. Brutal game so you're not missing much. A 4-5-1 so not much indicatin that Roy is going to change his defensive, negative philospohy he's had his whole career. Shelvey just came on and looks good and composed for such a young lad.Not one player stood out and looks ready for first team football including Spearing who's wearing captains armband. I relaize it's pre-season but was hoping for some of youngsters to really impress tonight and they haven't.
