It seems all but confirmed that Riera is out of Liverpool to Olypmiakos. I guess he was sold to pay off Wilson. I also see Degen and N'gog leaving to buy left-backs. We may also get Banega and Lennon.

where the hell is pple getting the idea that we are going to buy lennon? do you know how much tottenham would want? just incase you dont know this is liverpool not man city

(would love to see him playing for us, great little player)

Just a little reminder that according to the new rules, we need at least 6 "home grown" players. Who exactly do we put out? Milner? The guy who was subbed before half time at World Cup?

We haven't sold Reira yet.
We won't get Ashley Young.
Degen is allowed to go but Ngog unless we get around 6m (fair play Roy you have balls of solid rock)then see him go on loan.

If true, I'm actually a bit saddened that Reira is going/gone.
I think we'd have possibly seen a different and better player under Hodgeheg.

1. I don't know how do you explain his (Riera) absence from training.
2. We are not trying to get Ashley Young.
3. Degen is allowed to go equals to he is as good as gone.
4. N'gog does not stand a chance under Hodgson. He will probably be loaned out to West Ham or Fulham, or sold elsewhere. Unless Benitez is looking to replace Balotelli with N'gog at Inter.

1. because if we had sole RIERA then it would already be on the offal
2. Because he just isn't and if we did get him i would never trust my water again and it is never wrong!!!
3. As it has come from Roy himself and on the offal it is a given he is going.
4. I said he more likely to go out on loan.

Roy is making some great moves - and quickly.

Degen is too injury-prone and not good enough - end of.

More dead wood off the wage bill - canny move from Roy...

We need to return to our tried and trusted methods before we win number 19

Jovanovic was wearing Rieras No.11 yesterday in training with no sign of quagmire so doubt it'll be too long before he's officialy off.
