we've got a very good squad being assembled here lads , if roy can get them playing fast high tempo pass and move football on the floor then citeh and spuds can forget about 4th place next season
agreed, scums squad is starting to make chelskis look young, i dont think it will happen but wouldnt it be nice ifthe cum were the ones to drop out of CL places, with tha nasty debt to service, they would have to sell some of the ageing talent
We only were two quality signings away from a good team last year. Joe Cole is the first.... that's the difference between finishing first n seventh though.
I felt when we finished 2nd that we needed a couple of great signings. Joe Cole was not my first choice but I doubt Benitez would ever have signed him. Danny Wilson is a great future player. I have a feeling that the young players that were not good enough under Benitez will shine under Hodgson. We still need to get rid of one or two trouble maker cum deadwood. And then get a decent left back and maybe a striker.
Didnt the new medical team say that nando and stevie will remain fit throughout the coming season? Wouldnt that be a big plus but i highly doubt it. I think we will suprise many people and claim the league. Call me crazy if you wish.
