As a potential replacement for Mohammed Salah there's rumour that Liverpool could swoop for the young 27 year old German winger/wing-forward, having never fulfilled his potential at any club. It would be a big investment by the owners, although it's a signing that wouldn't perhaps immediately fill Salah's boots, he and Nunez would be a danger to any defence, with Klopp slightly impatient for Luis Diaz to be one of the leaders the club desperately need.
To go from having a right sided bias attack to a left bias attack would be a clever Ferguson like transition to the team's balance offensively.
