Personally I think we owe it to Klopp to give him time to try to turn things around and that’s what I think FSG will do.
But I have been reading a lot of comments about this happens to Klopp after 7 years at any club he has been in charge of. He gets his players to over achieve and then they run out of steam and their form drops off a cliff.
I would like to see Klopp kept in place to see him rebuild all over again. A couple of younger but experienced(mid twenties age range) players in midfield would make a big difference. If FSG open up the cheque book in January to facilitate this the second half of the season could be very interesting and the disaster of not making the top four could very possibly be averted.

We'd be laughed at if we fired Klopp, and rightly so.

With FSG in charge, the only person that I see them appointing is someone like Gerrard for the nostalgia.
We should be buying new players , not firing managers

Why would FSG fire Klopp, the guy never complains about his squad and has been over achieving. No top 4 club would have kept Klopp after losing to 2 bottom teams

He doesn't complain about his squad because he's professional, lives in the real world and thinks about the interests of the club as a whole. Without complaining, he has built and guided a squad that has competed with the best over the last 6 years and has won each competition/trophy once in that time.
The only reason he would have to complain if he was seeking world domination for ever but he now that is not possible.

it's not unexpected for the team to have a downturn after the successful past 2-3 years. the main players are nearing/past their prime. however, with Klopp signing a contract extension, hopefully we will be able to refresh the team so it's going to be another year or so of adjustments. of cos FSG is not making things any smoother with their tight fists....

Yes. Lot's of people did say that we should have brought in the odd new player of quality whilst we were at the top of our game. That way the squad gets continually refreshed gradually. It freshens things up, gives opposition teams something new to think about and also helps the squad. It also avoids the situation when you suddenly need a bigger overhaul in one go or you have to waste a couple of transition season to rebuild the team.
A couple of mitigating factors that may have affected FSGs ability to invest or be effective over past few seasons: Covid struck just when we could have exploited our successes; FIFA giving up on FFP.
