I still can't understand why we haven't shown an interest in Max Cornet of Burnley, who can play either wing. Bagged 9 goals for a Burnley team who found it hard to create chances and was their topscorer. I was impressed with him when I watched Burnley, easily their best player.
He has a relegation clause in his 5 year contract that he can go for 17.5m. He is 25 and if it didn't work out we'd get our money back no problem, maybe more.
We could have Cornet covering both Diaz and Salah when needed.
Front 3 will be:
Diaz, Nunez, Salah
with Cornet, Jota & Bobby to come off the bench and play the domestic cup comps.
Our priority is a midfielder right now, somebody as solid as Fabinho but can score from range. Fabinho did it once against City and then not much, this will help us both defensively and unlock defences. But I can't think of anyone
