I'm from Belgium so I've seen Ruiz play. Seeing he went from Ghent in Belgium to Twente in Holland and I closely follow both leagues.
Let's put it this way. 2 Years ago, he helped Ghent to a European ticket (Assist master and important goals). Last year he brought Twente to 1st place all alone (still a assist master, and now a topscorer).
The only difference between these leagues and barclays, is the space you get, or should I say, don't get. Belgium & Holland, defenders are not that up close. That's prob. the only point he is going to get used to. Though, he can dribble a man.
Thanks Gamus but do you think he would be a good partner for Torres?
Definitely, he's not to shy to take a shot, but when he sees a teamate, he will allways look to combine
Think am being abit hopefull but who would you guys spend what little budget we have got on if all are current squad were to stay and back Roy, there so much of what if gerrard, nando and masch go so just though try be abit optimistic.
Lets say £12m +£6m for the benayoun deal total budget?????
who knows...but we all can agree on one thing...we don't have much money to spend, so obviuosly we have to go on for such players...and hope that he can be next nistelroy...
2nd-we all will agree that he is a ggood player by his records...
So why not get behind him??
“A football team is like a piano. You need eight men to carry it and three who can play the damn thing.” Bill Shankly ynwa
New Barca president has come out and said players weren't paid in June and they need a loan of £125m... The money from Toure's sale may be ploughed back into the club... Unlucky Masch, looks like your staying (unless of course Rafa would do a swap involving Sneijder and Balotelli!)
Wasn't it also reported that it would affect their transfer plans and that the money was for 'cash flow'?
u didnt include lucas too but if him & mascherano leaving then we need replacements only desirable medfielder for me there is sneijder, so far he is going nowhere just like schweinstieger so im thinking cash is much better
if you watch the clips on youtube you can see he seams to have good composure in front of the goal. We obviously need to have support for Torres. and just because someones played in the EPL for a few years doesnt mean they can cut it at Liverpool.
