I was speaking to the club over the weekend about their registered trademarks. I approached them with an enquiry, they weren't on my case :biggrin:

Anyway, I thought their list of trademarks may interest you and in particular some of the words (sayings/slogans) that they have registered:

Thanks Dunk - interesting to see the progression of the club through the trademarking of graphic representation and success, and some cheeky ones that have been withdrawn or marked as dead, underlines our success and ongoing history as a club

Interesting, there was a big stink a few years ago when the club tried to register 'Liverpool' as a trademark, which caused allot of concern and was ultimately rejected.

You can understand why FSG want to protect and own the rites to football related names, the city name was pushing it!!!
