FSG will not recover from it

The backlash and situation they will be in will be intolerable

Yep...Emre Can, Gini Wijnaldum and then Salah???

Allowing players to walk out the door on a FREE, especially integral players, yeah there'll be protests like they've never seen before.

I don't think they care about anything unless it's not significant in terms of money, they are not even around to see any backlash

Salah's demands are to high and risk disrupting the wage structure.
the club are going to end up with a 30 year old player with 1 year left on his contract which will certainly effect his value. if he had his way he would have been playing for Real Madrid a season ago. There's an argument to say we should have sold him when his value had peaked. I cant see FSG giving him what he wants.

The club could end up with a 33/34 Yr old squad player with no value on a £400k+ a week contract.

He wants double what he is on now 200k per week to 400k per week.

Current contract ends Jun 30 2023.

DOB: Jun 15, 1992 - currently 29

He's never had any real problems with injuries whilst with us.

Season 20/21 in all comps:
Scored 31 Goals / Assists 6

Season 19/20 in all comps:
Scored 23 Goals / Assists 14

Season 18/19 in all comps:
Scored 27 Goals / Assists 14

Season 17/18 in all comps:
Scored 44 Goals / Assists 16

Liverpool Totals:
Appearances 214
Goals Scored 137
Assists 51

Much will depend on what the club does this season as I can't see FSG being in any rush to extend his contract with him having a year and a half left on his current contract. There's also the fact the plandemic could easily shut everything down again.

FSG have a spending structure, whether on transfers or wages, can't see them changing anything for anybody
