We have bought relegated players in the past who have turned out great buys, like Wij & Robbo.
I think Pereira from WBA would be a good buy, he's 25, has 11 goals and 6 assists, which in a struggling team is pretty impressive, he looked a real threat when we played them, flexible playing either wing.
I'm sure he will move as he is too good for the Championship, so he would be a good buy, also he will not expect a guaranteed start, so as cover for the front 3 he would be an excellent buy, also would weigh in with goals from MF if he played behind the front 3.

Agree if not expensive, though I would prefer we bought a proven CF

Agree if not expensive, though I would prefer we bought a proven CF I agree, I do not really see Klopp buying an out and out CF, unless he changes the style of play, he tends to buy wingers like Mane/Salah and convert them to forwards, but still working the wings and rotating, same he has done recently with Jota, the CF's we have were bought before Klopp arrived, like Bobby & Origi, even Bobby has moved from a direct CF, Origi has stayed a CF and is not used, which says allot! I've seen a few reports WBA want around £17 million, if we can get him for that, I think it would be great business with his age and PL experience, I can't see his wages being that high as he has been relegated and would probably be happy to not be an immediate starter initially.
