Love your first sentence and I am with you. Getting fed up with all the moaners and doom mongers. The poor bloke has just lost his mother for goodness sake. In Klopp we trust but I think a lot of people have forgotten those words at the mo. We'll bounce back just have faith like Klopp has. YNWA

i don't think that any Liverpool fan would even consider getting rid of Klopp.we want him to stay for ever, but at this moment in time we are a shambles of a team. we as fans of the club can sing, dance and praise the team when they are performing well which means we are allowed to be critical when the team is playing poorly as they are at the moment. Klopp is an awesome manager but he doesn't have all the answers. I think what is the most infuriating thing to watch is that the team/manger is not learning from their mistakes. I don't mean individual errors(ALLISON HAS TO SORT HIS SH1T OUT).I mean team tactics and speed of play. Its been obvious for a long time that the same old predictable tactics are not working. We've been worked out, all any team has to do is sit deep hold their shape and we will really struggle. Is it illegal for a midfielder to have a shot every now and then? Can we not change the 4/3/3 system every once in a while? Can we never switch Salah and mane? I love Bobby to bits but its very obvious to us all that he's not having a good time of it(yes i know he created the goal)so drop him and play 2 upfront. TTA is great going forward but he aint no defender! so put him in midfield and tell him to have a dip. these suggestions are only my observations but we have to change something. we have to make opposition change the way they set up against us. things aren't going to get better on their own.

My response was more based on the links to Klopp being sacked/odds from bookies, also lots of fans with short memories saying it's time for Klopp to go/bring in Gerrard etc, stupid stuff IMO. I agree there are big problems, I am not saying all is fine etc, so I agree changes need to be made, the biggest problem is we have lost our 3 senior CB most of the season (we went in with too few after selling Lovren), so all season we have been playing U23/reserve CB, that has been the biggest problem, so then our best 2 MF in Henderson & Fab have been playing makeshift CB, so weakening our MF, which the weakens the protection for the defence and stunts our creativity. We have now brought in 2 makeshift CB, hopefully they can play and release Fab & Henderson too MF, but it is very difficult to integrate players who have not played PL into the team, but Klopp & co need to sort that, that's their jobs, there are no quick fixes for this.

After winning the PL & CL Klopp is a legend for me, I would not sack him full stop, it would take a relegation and 3 years of failure to get us promoted for me to consider sacking him !!!!
MY concern is we have US owners who work on stats and returns, they are money men, not football (soccer) fans, so I am concerned at what they might do, these snap decisions are often taken just after bad games.
Klopp is lucky he's not the Chelsea manager! I fear Klopp will resign out of frustration, FSG are not mad enough to sack him

Be careful what you ask for - getting rid of FSG and be bought by who? Hoping to get some rich owner/consortium to swoop in for the Red? Unlikely! Suggest we wait and see how much $$$ is given to Klopp in the summer - and Klopp better pick the right guys!

People are just so infinitely stupid. Klopp has enough credit in the bank to see out this season and probably the next. They're not gonna sack him a few months after winning our first title in 30 years, in the middle of a pandemic and with a chronic injury problem. Chelsea would - but we won't. Secondly, all the other teams going for top 4 (apart from City and Leicester) are leaking points too. Man U dropped 2 today, Spurs 3 yesterday, Everton 3 today, and it's not like West Ham and Villa are going to win all their games either. If we find a bit of form there is no reason why we can't make top 4. People get so defeatist so quickly. i don't think that any Liverpool fan would even consider getting rid of Klopp.we want him to stay for ever, but at this moment in time we are a shambles of a team. we as fans of the club can sing, dance and praise the team when they are performing well which means we are allowed to be critical when the team is playing poorly as they are at the moment. It's obvious this is going to be a horrible season. I know it sounds wrong but we might just have to accept it for what it is and go again next year.
There isn't any other manager I want at this club, for me he would have to have 2 poor seasons for me to think that he's run his course. Who else is even a serious shout to take over?
I know people feel like he needs to change something but also he has spend X amount of years building this team to play a 4-3-3 and the style that we play in. It's what has won us all the trophies we have won, I think trying to change how we play is like trying to turn a tanker around then when we have everyone back again next season we have to turn it back.
VVD was assaulted early on in the season, Gomes gone, new in form forward gone, playing our 2 most influential midfielders in defence, Alisson having a nightmare, buying two new CB's to fit into our system immediately was never going to work, officiating just being a complete joke this season and having to compete with the freak club that is city for the past 3 seasons has taken a bit of a toll.
These are all just excuses though, I still think we should have enough to be winning some games. Just saying it's a bad time and there isn't that much we can really do about it apart from whinge and moan.
If we start off next season as bad as this then fair enough but I think if we get over our injuries and have a more normal start to the year again I think we are competing again.
No need to make knee jerk changes when we have put so much work into building this team.

I agree with above, this team has not suddenly become crap, we have had some bad injuries which has affected the teams form, lets see how we are when we have our real first choice defenders back and first choice MF playing where they should be next season.
I know what you are saying about accepting it's a bad season, but we are still in the CL, we have a good chance of winning that, this team have done it before, so lets give that our best shot, on the night we can beat anyone, but our consistency has been awful, sometimes that is enough to win a knockout competition.

I don't know what makes you say we have a good chance of winning it but we definitely should be able to beat RBL because they have lost their best attacking players since we played them, Klopp really needs to show this bit at least.

I say we have a good chance because on our day, we are capable of beating anyone, but we have had far too many off days this season, so I'm not confident !!! look at the 2005 CL winning team, that was no where the best team in England, never mind Europe, so with cup comps you just need some luck now and then, we are due abit of luck !!!
