He's been out most of the season anyway.... may as well just move on without him.

If we win something this season we must demand a knighthood for Klopp.

Wow, we were lucky it happened during the transfer window otherwise those idiots at the club would probably not have bought anybody. Every Tom, Dick and Harry knew Matip will always get injured except our decision makers.

re ben davies never seen him play never heard of him know absolutely nothing about him. but listening to preston fans about him we might be surprised he does sound a Liverpool type player lets wait and see.

You can see why the announcement on Matip being out for the season was not released until after the transfer window closed, everyone would have whacked £10 million on their CB prices we were in for.

Under the circumstances, I think the club did well in the end, just wish they would have gone in earlier in January to strengthen the defence, but I think their plan/hope was not to bring in anyone, so I am glad they listened to Klopp by the sounds of it with his comments.....
