We should explore the idea of dropping Salah or Mane. Surely I can't be the only one seeing this recurring unusal pattern of passing between those two? When we break on the counter, neither Salah or Mane are passing to one and other even when one of them is free on one side, they opt to pass it to Firmino when he is at a more difficult position. When they are forced to pass it to each other because no other options, it's always a skewed pass or too much power on the pass. This is hurting the team as we continue to drop silly points. Drop one of them to the bench and if we're winning don't bring them on keep them separate until they sort this issue out.

We'll have to wait for Jota for that to happen and then be ready for one or both of them tabling a transfer request.

Initially I was always against selling them as they are our best players but I no longer feel that way, we don't want petulant behavior ruining a very healthy dressing room. If Madrid offers silly money, the club should accept it and rebuild the squad.

Problem is that nobody can afford to offer silly money for quite some time, Barca is close to bankruptcy, the bigger the stadium the more you suffer with the drop in revenues. It's only the club having wealthy owners that might still pay ridiculously

There is absolutely no point in these self pity threads. All teams will suffer this season - including injuries, outbreaks, and other misfortunes. We had our injury crisis early - others will get it later. Some teams will have to endure them all season. This is the product of most teams and players having no pre-season and having to operate in unprecedented conditions. Just the mentality around COVID will affect players, managing staff, and whole teams.

Self pity threads are what fans do if you can't complain about your team pretty much no point in following the sport imagine if every thread on here was positive no one would bother. Even when teams are successful fans complain it's what fans do and part of the realease of the sport. It also can be a positive only by identifying weaknesses do you improve
