No need to go very far, Villa away was at least as bad if not worse

nope I rate the fulham half as worse. villa at least had more players that could hurt us, which they did.
fulham, with all due respect, were not supposed to pose such a threat as they did.

Very disappointing performance, first half was nothing short of a disgrace. After the dust has settled though I'm very please we managed to somehow get going in the second half to pull an undeserved draw out of the hat. With the amount of injuries we have the season is going to be a real grind. Still need to be grateful that with all our injuries we are still joint top and in Europe. Won't be surprised to come away empty handed at the end of the season. I thought Fulham were excellent, was just a shame we didn't match them for spirit in the first half.

Fulham did well, they played well the first 30 minutes, could have been 3-0 up, then set back to hold onto their lead.

We were awful, we were lucky to get a point, was one of those games where you think we need to get Hendo on the pitch, but he was there !!!! we just did not appear to gel and were all making silly mistakes and not offering options.

Depressing we are back to lobbing Origi on with 10 mins to go now Jota is out, that game was perfect to put Jota on with 30 mins to go so he can run at tired legs and get a few shots off and wake up our forwards, shame Ox had only just come back, as his pace and movement would have helped.

We were lucky our rivals also had bed weekends/performances, can't be coincidental that we all struggled over the weekend, this season is going to be a slog for all the teams as jim_beam says, we just need to hang in there, we are still joint top of the PL with a chance to go clear Wednesday, hopefully Klopp will sort them out in training and we come out firing against Spurs.

The Watford game last season where we looked clueless was the last time I saw anything as bad as that 1st half yesterday.

Lack of energy throughout the team. I am one of the most positive people looking for any glimmer of light to spark us up but you could see immediately we were not ready for yesterday. Poor preparation began with Weds night.I

We are not running on empty yet but the squad is being nursed carefully through fixtures now and that will lead to more of the same I fear.
