how did Bobby play today?im a big fan of his but been a bit concerned with his lack of input lately

how did Bobby play today?im a big fan of his but been a bit concerned with his lack of input lately Very poor, I keep saying this but not buying Werner is going to haunt us. Firmino had 2 or 3 clear cut chances and missed them all with lazy shots, there was also 1 or 2 decisive moment where we won the ball high up the pitch and we outnumber them around the box and he made a wrong decision with his low accurate timid passing, he almost cost us a goal with a suicidal pass but to be fair, there was alot of those in this game. I think he is declining already but I hope I'm wrong.

I love Bobby and won't write him off, but we're desperate for another option up top. One better than Origi.
Even the Glaziers stumped up for a prime RVP.
We should go all out for Aubameyang. Last year of his contract, chance to win the title. A world class striker.
Failing that, give Vardy a shot. Completely different option to Firmino and probably happy to fight for a spot.
Get one of those and Thiago and we can wrap the title up by Xmas.

Great game, BUT defensively we were allover the place, maybe it's a one off due to the opponent who are similar in tactics to us?
I can see Leeds taking points off our rivals with their never say die attitude, they'll do well this season, I expect a Top 10 finish for them.
On another note...I hear PSG are looking to offload Julian Draxler, we should be in for him, he is a terrific player and would give us a like for like level competition to our trident. 30m I'm hearing, Klopp MUST not let him slip away like we did with Werner!

Very poor defensively last night.
But as Klopp pointed out: The International break didn't come at a good time at all. The players probably weren't used to our system 100% after being away with Holland and England. Plus Trent didn't look to be fully ready after his injury either.
Only Andy in the back 5 got away with a positive rating from the game imo.

got another week to tighten up defensively. We'll need to against chelsea. Gonna be interesting to see how chelsea look on monday.
