Having watched a few PL games since the restart, I think the 5 subs is ok, as managers can ease players back and don't have to play them excessively risk injury, though it can end up with teams looking disjointed, like we did against Everton, but that's the managers problem to deal with.

What I think does not work is the drinks break in each half, it really stops any rhythm in the game, we were getting up a good bit of pressure in the Everton game, then the drinks break stopped that, players lose rhythm and the coaches/managers can give tactical instructions to the team that usually only happens at half time.

Why are there drinks breaks now? we usually start new seasons late August when it can be really warm, we do not have drinks break then, better to have a rule that they have drink breaks if its above 25c, they have this at tournaments like US/Africa, especially in England when weather is so unpredictable, It was chucking it down in the Spurs v Utd game the other night and they stopped for a drinks break, can't be why it was introduced ?????

Incredibly lots of injuries, it's good that we have a huge lead otherwise we would be in trouble with our squad, hopefully we get over the line fast.

I am sure the drinks thing was brought in after son unusual weather here in April where it was very warm for time of year. It is a sensible decision because we don't want to see dehydrated players making poor decisions of collapsing on the pitch due to heat.

Even these late evening kick offs are warm and we could see 30 degrees in June and July.

The days in this country where we have 30 plus heat a very few and far between although becoming more common because of climate change.

I don't think we should have drinks breaks in every game if the temperature is normal, just have a rule for when the temperature is above say 25 or whatever to have them then.

Also drink brakes can be good in the middle of the day but not in the evening games.
