Reading a lot of horrible comments about him because of his error last night. Like everyone I was extremely disappointed and yes angry when I watched it and what followed to make us lose the game. However it seems to be forgotten how well he covered for Allison at the start of the season. We all know he is no Allison but he has saved us in many a game. Put yourselves in his shoes (or boots) and imagine how disapponted and angry with himself he is feeling. We all would have taken winning the Premier title over anything else at the beginning of the season so we must focus on that.

If that was his only error I would agree but he is very accident prone at the moment and a liability I think he will be moved on in the summer.

We've been linked with a Turkish wonderkid for some time but his club said no bid was made

Call me selfish but I really don't give a toss how he feels. I'm coping with my own grief of witnessing a seasoned keeper not know when or how to control a game.

Sums up how I feel too True Red. We have to be ruthless to move on again. Mignolet shipped out because he was not good enough. Karius the same. Adrian is simply not up to it. A seasoned keeper as you say. He must go the same way. He raised his game at the start of the season and played well. The rest of the team was really firing and he upped his game.

This is twice in two weeks now and he is showing the same kind of form that made West Ham deem him to be not fit for purpose last season and cut him free.

This game is brutal and if you are not up to it you are gone. We will thank him for the Super Cup and giving us his A game earlier in the season but he simply has to go.

Perhaps Lonergan will be given a game. Adrian simply cannot play in a high profile game after all these errors.

But for a freebie he did great IMO, didn't he win us the Super cup on penalties, great return on zero investment

You should, he cost nothing allowing us to make a profit when replacing our N2 GK

But we all know Stan is a fan, not an FSG employee.

Thanks! feel better now that compensates fully for another champion league final or win or at least chance of it. Hopefully, we can think of more ways to save money
