The talent looks to be there. But he needs to be in the first team for a long spell. It's not happening at the moment and he is nearly 2 years in and still a passenger. Questions need to be asked for the price we paid for him and if he is doing nothing by the end of the season then we need to have a think about selling him with 3 years left on his contract.
We cannot go into next season with him not contributing and leaving him with 2 years to go on his contract.

I'd say cut our losses in the summer if he doesn't show much improvement. He's a decent player but his decision making in the final third isn't good enough and his shooting is weak, not to mention his injuries.
We want a replacement rather than bringing Wilson back. Again, decent player but we need better. We should get a fee for them both, and probably Shaq, and get a top CM along with Werner.

The ability is there it's obvious, just Minot getting enough game time, what with injuries etc. I'd give him until mid next season, I think a preseason would help if he can stay injury free.

There’s flexibility and then there’s not being able to play in a different position. He’s a midfielder not an attacker / striker. That’s not an excuse. Just a fact.
I love facts. If he's not an attacking midfielder, I guess the 41 goals he scored before joining us were just flukes ... #rollseyes

He’s more a box to box type midfielder so roll your eyes all you like cos you’re wrong. Those type of kids tend to get goals. But it’s all irrelevant as he’s never fit to play so no point keeping him.
