He never scored ordinary goals, they were always screamers! Left foot or right foot it didn't matter... in hindsight we do have a lot to thank him for with our current team additions.
I disliked the way he left us but I would shake his hand and thank him if I ever met him.
My fav player when with us but we have moved on. The clubs he has played for since are serial winners but neither are currently leading their leagues at the moment.
Good player for us but got what he wanted and not in the right way. Why we’d want him back is beyond me after the way we’ve been since he left? He’d be good off the bench I suppose.
