Since we have been on this incredible streak of success the “ Klopp hasn’t won anything” brigade have been laying very low!!Where are all negative guys gone? Not that you want them back I just thought it was necessary to point out their absence. If we hadn’t have beaten Palace yesterday I think one or two would have raised their ugly heads.

I don't think anyone was unreasonably negative. There's nothing wrong with having different opinions. There's also the argument that if Klopp hadn't have been so stubborn we could have had another CL and a title in the bag already. As it is, if by success you mean trophies, then this 'streak of success' you mention consists of precisely 1 (ONE) trophy and that's not a league title.

Given the talent Klopp has and that is obvious in this squad, if we're not careful we may yet look back in a year or two and think that we should have achieved more. This unbeaten run will count for nothing, except memories, if it doesn't deliver the title.

Forums have been quiet since our disastrous summer transfer window that’s for sure. Two or three of the most vocal who gets are conspicuous by their absence. Don’t worry though. They’ll be back to tell us how right there were when we lose a game. Hip hip hooray.

People appeared to be negative because they were reflecting a very negative situation. Since Klopp got his side established and playing in the manner and style he wants, our situation has become much more positive, and the fan comments are now reflecting that.
Having the ability and courage to tell it as it is, rather than fantasise what isn't, is something to be applauded, not criticised.

Airing on the side of caution after not experiencing a title in soooo long is just self preservation.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I guess it is difficult for the “Klopp hasn’t won anything” brigade to comment, as Klopp delivered arguably the biggest trophy in World Domestic football last season.

While we are doing well, no doubt they will remain quiet, but when we drop points, they will be back saying how if we bought X, Y or Z in the summer window we wouldn't have dropped those points.

The test of reasonableness is itself subjective hence there can be no wrongs or rights, only opinions. So yes, your opinion and that expressed in the op is indeed respected. But those of the so called naysayers should also be respected.

I can't recall specifically what anyone was saying while back... except for the debates about whether we should have made signings in the last couple of transfer windows. That debate is still valid. If we don't win the title there will always be a question mark about our minimal transfer activity.

We've scraped a number of results in this run and have so far avoided any lengthy absences from our top outfield players. We did lose Alison and were lucky to find a very competent replacement at such short notice.

It's true that all of our communities are quieter than normal. From experience, I think it's because people find it easier to express themselves when furious. When we fail, people need to lash out. When we do good, people are relaxed and content.

I guarantee that if things go wrong, people will get behind their keyboards smile
