Wilson. Kent. Brewster. Origi. Bobby. Woodburn and Chamberlain can all play there. wilson and kent..... lol Pretty sure Wilson got 22 goals for Derby last year and Kent got young player of the season. So I'm sure they can come in for a few games here and there. Or is it better to spend 60mil and 200k per week on a fella to sit on the bench for 80% of the season? Why 80% of the season, with the cup games it can easily be 50% and still play close to 30 games. I prefer this than having Mane injured and nobody of comparable quality to replace him. City's weakness was to have a bigger squad and their only major weakness was nobody of similar quality to Fernandinho, which they just corrected by breaking their transfer record. We are not too far but I fear we'll stay there if we do nothing.

The final is on Friday. He'll still have 3 weeks before the next match. Him missing 2 PL games is highly unlikely, and we're playing Norwich and Southampton anyway. I think we'll be alright. Even if he doesn't miss any game at the start, going for the whole season with little rest will be a big risk, we need to have someone as good to rotate with him and that assuming he goes through the season without getting injured. Are you expecting him to have 2 months off? 3 weeks seems reasonable to me, or 4 (a full month) for him if he waits until the 2nd game. We have Ox, Origi, Brewster, and Wilson. Surely one of them will be ok for a game or 2.

Our first game is 3 weeks after the AFCON final, if he gets 3 weeks off, he will need at least 2/3 weeks to get match fit, So yes, he would probably join in the 2nd or 3rd EPL game. I suppose you don't feel the charity shield and EUFA super cup are not that important to win? And what if he gets injured, he is probably the only one not having a good player to rotate with.

Ok then, let's take the risk of not having anybody of quality to replace him should he get a knock or 2. Let's see how he deals with playing all games in the season after a long AFCON final. I'm not even counting his travels for his national side

People said we needed cover at CB. Gomez stepped up. We needed cover at RB. Trent stepped up.
People would moan if Wilson was sold. But now you're moaning that he may be given a chance?
He scored 22 goals. Last year. From the wing. That's outstanding. He's an international. He's scored everywhere he's been. He deserves a chance.
I'd take a Fowler Owen macca carra or Wilson over Suarez or Coutinho any day.

I think he will probably have a week on the beach (maybe 2) and he should be ready for Southampton. He'll be purring by the time Arsenal comes. No, I don't think those two matches are that important. The charity shield is a glorified friendly. Nice if we win, but I'm not that fussed. Super Cup is bigger and I'd love us to win it, but I think we can beat Chelsea regardless. Either way, I'm not that fussed. Shaquiri and Origi were the players to rotate Mane and Salah, and it worked quite well. Ox and Wilson are available as well now.

I'd take a Fowler Owen macca carra or Wilson over Suarez or Coutinho any day. It’s all about buying to some. It’s the only statement of intent or ambition. I’d like a good signing or two but it’s not the death of our season before it’s started if we don’t. It’s down to Klopp to decide and I for one will trust his judgement.

I thought he played on the right, in Salah's position. There is not a player I would take over Suarez btw, except probably SG, I don't know on which grounds any of those you mentioned above are better than Suarez. So I don't know what you are talking about.
