I’m with spangles. Not sure where he’d fit in and that’s a lot for a bench warmer. id of prob sold matip and lovren and just gone for De Ligt this summer and donny van der beek Yep that would be a good call, however, I understand that De Ligt wage depends is above our pay structure and a regarding Van der Beek, our midfield is a bit packed, but won't mind selling incredible Lallana. For me our priority is attacker though, especially with Mane joining late and no cover for Firmino, unless Origi continues to surprise.

Are Salah and VVD signing new contracts, Salah is on 200k and VVD 150k, both signed last year.

The final is on Friday. He'll still have 3 weeks before the next match. Him missing 2 PL games is highly unlikely, and we're playing Norwich and Southampton anyway. I think we'll be alright.

I think we'll be alright. we've flogged mane, salah and bobby to death for 2-3yrs... we need help up there cos one of them is taking an injury this year, firmino's form was terrible end of season..... 50% of it tbh, while we're reliant on bobby up front they'll be no PL title

Firmino picked up injuries at the end of the season, but he's looked pretty sharp for Brazil. And he was involved in more goals than any other player in the CL last year. Between him, Origi, and Brewster, I think we look ok at striker. I would prefer another player in the rotation, but not at the expense of Brewster's development, and Origi has proven a capable deputy on the biggest stage.

Even if he doesn't miss any game at the start, going for the whole season with little rest will be a big risk, we need to have someone as good to rotate with him and that assuming he goes through the season without getting injured.

So I'm sure they can come in for a few games here and there. Or is it better to spend 60mil and 200k per week on a fella to sit on the bench for 80% of the season?
