well that rates sancho as 159m and im not sure anyine would pay that

Players are worth what teams are willing to pay, was Neymar worth £200 million? Pogba is being talked about as a £150 million player after basically failing at Utd and then forcing his way out of the club by saying he wants a new challenge, clubs are queuing to buy him, same story with Neymar, it's crazy.

Juao Felix To Atletico Madrid for 126m, this is crazy. Though I have watched him only once or twice in the European Nations league he was nowhere near to a young CR who was impressive against United just before they bought him, so difficult to understand

A lot of these continental crazy transfer prices (especially the Spanish) are buffered with various conditions like our Coutinho transfer to Barcelona. They are also spread out with nominal upfront fees paid.

Looking at this kid Joao Felix it would take him a lot of time to adjust to the English game if he were to come to England. He'd probably not make it in England because of his slight build he'd be bullied off the ball easily. His price tag would deem any English club who bought him get instant results.

Don't forget the shirt sales returns for clubs, that can recuperate millions of the transfer fee... Indeed although a lot less than the money being quoted, Beckham shirt sales for Madrid paid his fee within 6 months...

As Pickles say's transfers are buffered - Cout's was 65m initial I believe the rest add on's, CL win etc...

Juve allegedly have approached Coke?? to assist with the finance of Pogba move..

Where would he go tho? We moved past him and built a great foundatuon so he won't fit our system with the 3 workaholic midfielders. Chelsea are banned, City don't need him, Utd are buying youngsters, arsenal and Spurs can't afford him, Bayern don't pay huge money. Only Psg can buy him but they have to sell first as they are running a tight rope with ffp. I think he will stay for another season and we will get all or most of they money.

I think Chelsea if they didn't have the ban or maybe City to replace Silva but Pep doesn't have a history to pay huge transfer fees for one player

He doesn't work hard enough for Pep, similar to why Klopp wouldn't have him back IMO.

Klopp didn't want to sell him and kept him for 1/2 a season additional, so don't know what make you think Klopp was not happy with his effort.
