Klopp has mentioned several times that at HT team talks Klopp himself very rarely says anything because it is Milner who does all the talking. We should be making space for Milner in the Coaching Staff when he decides to hang up his boots because he is a leader and inspiration to all the players.
Agreed, he's a great role model for the youngsters coming through and should be kept on at the club, even if just in the youth set up.
