a terrible final for the neutral. Exactly what we needed to be doing. Breaking inexperienced teams mentally and doing whta needs to be done.

Yeah, after the semis the final was always going to be cagey. But I agree with what you're saying, professional display and I couldn't give a donkeys testical what the neutrals think.
That said, Spurs really screwed up letting Kane start instead of Moura.

Spurs may have had better possession but they didn't make the keeper work until the last 10-15 minutes. Glenn Hoddle went on and on about how the best team lost... but to be honest, both teams were a bit flat, probably due to the 3 week layoff. We won ugly but that's what good teams do. Lord knows I've watched plenty of drab WC and CL finals over the years.... it happens! Like Flamey says, we are the full package... we don't have to win every game in a cowboy shoot-out anymore.
