I was reading that he is really enjoying his football in Germany and doesn't really want to return to LFC.
I really rate this lad and think he would be immense next to Fabio in our line-up. But I tend to think he would still not get a decent chance even if he came back next term. He doesn't seem to be in Klopp's plans. Or is it because he is not jiggery-pokery wee-man, like half of our side? Good luck to him because he is a real talent.

He'll be 23 next month, he has had 6 loan spells with 3 different teams whilst he's been a Liverpool player and his contract with us is until 2023. If we were asked the question of choosing between Keita or Grujic, I would say Grujic because I believe he has the attributes to be a great player for us. Maybe Keita might come good?

I think Keita has been a huge disappointment after the fanfare Klopp gave him and it must be a drain on Keita's motivation that Klopp has been overlooking him in recent games. Keita is 24 now and is with us until 2023 also, I do believe waiting as Klopp did to sign Keita has been partly responsible for his disappointing performances for us. Keita would have flourished with the Liverpool team of last season because the waiting around at Leipzig made his form dip. The new more defensive Liverpool tactics of this season plainly does not suit Keita.

Next season Liverpool must bring Grujic back and give him a chance otherwise he'll be just another in a long line of young promising players purchased never given a proper chance, wasting our time and resources that could have been best spent on a ready to go player who could challenge to get into our existing first 11.

The Keita thing is a head-scratcher. The transfer delay, not getting consistent game time, some slight injuries, not having a clear role in the side has certainly affected his form (he looks like he doesn't belong. But considering the lack of depth on our bench, there has to be room for both of them. I reckon both of them can be winners for us if the circumstances are right.

I think Keita will be much better next season. I’m hoping it’s just a hang over from the wait to come here and maybe a bit (a lot) of settling in.

I’m with you on Grujic. I hope he will come back and get some game time as he’s always looked good to me when he plays. Maybe he just needed these loan spells for the game time in competitive leagues?

We recently gave Grujic a new contract, so I think he is part of the plans.

There is room in our squad to have Grujic back, Milner must be nearing the end of his time with us, I think he will be with us next season, but playing less. Henderson is approaching 30 and has been in and out with injuries for the last 2 years, Lallana will be not be a big part player, and is likely to leave.

If we are not buying players this summer, Grujic should be brought back and given a decent chance, there should be enough games next season with the CL and hopefully we have a decent go at the cups.
I expect the likes of Harry Wilson to be with us next season, they have proved thet have teh potential to be first team players

I am also hoping Keita will figure more next season, it's a new league for him and he came with allot of (too much) hype, so he would have learnt allot, he's been unlucky with niggling injuries at bad times breaking up the season for him, he needs a good run in the team, I doubt he will get it now, I see him as a sub for the remaining games.

Big fan of grujic. I know a Serbian lad who says he's the best thing they've produced for a long while. He was gutted we signed him after what happened with Markovic.

Hopefully grujic gets a chance. He has everything.

Same with Keita. He will be a lot better next season.

I see Athletico are after him, for around 30 Million or so. Its looking like we will never see this lad in a Liverpool shirt again. This must be one of those cases where a player is bought and developed as a financial asset to be sold off at a profit, with no real intention of using him in the first team. Makes sense as long as the player has no loyalty to Liverpool.
I can't get my head around it though. Treating players strictly as a financial commodity is quite disturbing.

Or he’s not deemed good enough or the right fit for the team? He looks a good player but if he doesn’t fit how we play then there’s no point keeping him.

Nothing disturbing there, if he is better than what we have he stays, nobody knew when we bought him what our squad was going to be like after 3-4 years. He was value for money paid, thus a chance worthwhile to take. How many players so Chelsea and City have playing elsewhere, it's either this or pay huge sums on confirmed talent, such sums that we don't have in abundance.

It's like what we did with Ings & Solanke, by them cheap, bring them in to see if they can make it, if they are not gonna make it with us, sell them on for a big profit, no doubt they are bought to develop & play though, I don't think they are seen as pure investment/profit which is more the case with Chelski.

I'd like to see Grujic have a few games for us, he looked good to me, but I guess the coaches know as they see allot more of him, I just think he could be one of them in a few years who becomes a top player, hopefully we negotiate a good buy back clause.

With Lallana & Milner possibly leaving in the summer, I thought he might get his chance with the likes of Wilson, if we are willing to sell we must have someone lined up to replace him.
