It’s also a completely different situation to Salah and De Bruyne as they weren’t playing and moved to. They worked to play and didn’t just demand it. I’ve no problem with players wanting to play. In fact they’re the ones I want here. But I also want them to realise that they have to perform to be playing and not just demanding it. Who does he think he is? If he’s good enough if he joined then he will. Simple as. That’s the way he addresses any concerns about where and how much he plays. Didn’t answer who he’d play in place of though? Plays more through the middle I think (as number 10 or 9). They play Bailey out on the left

But if we are to succeed we need the right players to rotate without affecting the balance of the team. At the moment the midfield is rotating between 5 players. The form of Keita and especially Henderson is unrecognisable from 6 weeks ago. We need to rotate players up front too otherwise they will burn out. Our front 3 have been constantly on the go for over 2 years now. We need to protect them.
