Good thing is that we have played most difficult games, except manure. Arsenal is looking very good, it's not a coincidence that they haven't lost since their Chelsea game a couple of months ago which I think they played away and were just starting under a new manager. They really dominated us.

Arsenal were the far better side. We were outplayed, out-pressed and out-strategized. Klopp was very lucky to get a draw and I am very concerned that we did not have the capacity to take control for any period of this game.

It is only one match, but if we are to be title contenders, we have to be hungrier, and have more muscle and counter punching power than this.

Front three were good. VVD and Joe were good. Shaq was great in his cameo. Alison made bad runs off his line,...

not a performance to remember.

Overall I'd call that performance close to a surrender, very flat, with a couple of exceptions. Outplayed in the centre and overran for most of the game. Our blushes were saved by a brilliant performance bu our two centre backs and to a lesser extent by Robertson. Young TAA needs to be rested, and we need to sign a right full back. Klopp bottled this one.

Deserved a draw imo...arsenal were the home team.Much being made of their new manager but he is just another roberto martinez who was all talk and got found out in the end.

You don't win the EL 3 times by being average. Must say I have been really impressed with him, IMO, they are second to only City when it comes to attractive football

This manager has already won titles though. He is on a complete different level than Martinez.

Actually, one of those titles was won against us!

Come to think about it: Where was our pressing game yesterday?

Bobby being totally non existent in all departments does mean that we should question him being on the pitch.

I'm okay with him being a bit off form - but previously he has at least helped us to retain the ball high up in the pitch. As it was yesterday he should have been subbed off much earlier, and we could have used Danny instead. At least he scores when he gets a chance!

Last year we dominated them but drew after mistakes, one from Karius I can remember. This year they played much better, Emery has been impressive, I didn't expect that after their 2 first games, it's not for nothing that they are second to only City on goals scored.

Agree mostly VVD abd JG are immense. Young Trent needs to pull his head in and get back to basics. He has the talent though.
