Absolutely. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a display like this from the Red Men.

Klopp has to give Fabinho his opportunity now in the PL and the Cardiff game @home on Saturday would be the perfect opportunity to introduce him from the start.

Klopp has used kid gloves with Fabinho so far which is odd considering he introduced other new signings a lot quicker. Last night's performance showed he is ready for the next step into the PL squad. If the team that started last night are injury free then it should be the team we start with against Cardiff. The feel good factor came back with a bang last night, just as I predicted in another thread.

Klopp got everything spot on last night with his selection and the 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 lineup. I'd love to see this selection and lineup tested against a PL side, maybe Cardiff at the weekend. Then if it works, I'd consider it against Arsenal. One could argue that RedStar were poor, but maybe we made them look poor, becausewe looked back to our very best last night.

Yes and you should judge after watching a pre season game even if live

I think Milner will be played though

Who says that he does? Klopp has said in press conferences that he's quality, but needed time to learn the system, much like Robertson and Ox. And it seems to be paying dividends.

Yep.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I think we're finally heading towards a rotatable midfield and for me Wijnauldum is the key to that. Our most underrated player these days.

I guess it depends who we are playing and what type of midfield we need, we definitely have more options now, considering we have lost Coutinho, Can & Ox in the last 9 months, that's impressive.

With Lallana getting healthy, we start to look a lot more well-stocked for options. When Hendo, Keita and Ox get healthy, we actually look quite flush.

DM/6 Role: Henderson, Wijnaldum, Fabinho (Milner or Keita in a pinch)
Box to Box/CM/8: Keita, Milner, Ox, Wijnaldum, Henderson
Creative/AM/10: Lallana, Shaquiri, Ox

We can plug players in varieties of roles, and we have flexibility that can let us play multiple systems and variations on those.

With the way we play, pressing high energy, we need strength in depth, Klopp's learnt from last season that we cannot go into the last months of a season with 3 fit midfielders, liked we did last season.
