As a Liverpool fan what objectives would you like lfc to achieve in the rest of your life supporting the reds.

After my post on the forum about Not Afriad comp video, I decided to ask what I would like to see as a minimum in the next say 50 years.

For me 3 European cups, 2 Europa Leagues, 6 titles, 6 Torres, Gerrard class esk players to go through the club. And of course many a derby win against the Bitters, scum, chelski and gunners.

Personaly I would hope to go to a few finals especialy a european cup final or 2, as well as european night agianst chelsea or utd etc. Go to a world cup or two and see england win a major competition at least twice.

Theoreticaly you may see this as a pointless thread but so much has happened to us over the last 40 years, we've had about 6-7 teams which have been quality during that time, and with all the doom and gloom now what can you see in the next years long term.

I wouldn't be disappointed if the next 50 years were like the last 50 years. You have to accept that barren spells and ups and downs are all part of life.

The one thing i would like to see most though, would be stability brought back to the ownership of the club. I'd like to see the club owned by the fans to ensure it would always be in the safest possible hands.

I would like to see my club for a few seasons be the best club side in the world. The team all other teams fear to play. A Barcelona, a Man United an Inter Milan. That means a few Premierships in a row, and a Champions League somewhere in the middle.

The team all others fear to play. Just one more time.

James. (My real name. Kinda getting emotional now. Sorry.)

Agree with you flames. Just want to see us playing good football and playing as a team again. Plus winning some games away.

All I want is simple, the club to go back to belonging to the people of the City it supposed to represent, unfortunately the more success any football club has it will always attract glory, hunting jester hat wearing type fans whom take photo's at every corner kick and goal kick. I would love to see us get our local identity back but for that to happen we would need about five mid table finishes which in turn would flush all the fair wether fans out. I just think a new stadium would increase the circus show which happens at every Liverpool home game because it would allow more to attend. The other thing I would like to see is the club run in the right way and that is not with some rich Arab buying us world class players as presents, I would like us to earn any success with a good manager, developing young players and good old fashioned hard work, I can tell you this, any success achieved this way will taste far sweeter than given to us on a plate by some rich Sheik.

What I would like them to achieve is what I expect them to achieve which is a Community Shield appearance each & every season & Champions league each & every season until at least April .

Modest demands I admit but theres no point being too specific

to get the local fans back first you have to lower prices. then the locals will have to find a job and lastly you'll have to get them out the pub....before they even think about coming back to anfield!

unless of course it's a big game and then they'll try and rob genuine fans tickets off them!
