Well I suppose buying the league is all a small club like ours can do as otherwise it's a dead competition.

Can you buy the league anywhere? Is it in supermarkets or premium shops?
ofcorse you can we went to the same shop this season as what City, Chelsea and United have shopped at in this country. Celtic shopped at in Scotland, PSG in France and Madrid and Barca have in Spain...no different just that this is the only season we have shopped in the same shops as the big boys.

So?

I think what Spangles is saying is that as we’ve spent a lot of money this season we should be expected to win the league, as we should disregard what say Man City, United etc have spent in previous season. Similarly Fulham have spent a big amount too so you’d expect them to get top 4.

Who cares what either of them is saying.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

thats quite correct. We have spent sufficient funds in order to win a Premier League title, our fans expect it, the pundits are predicting it and Klopp knows if he doesn't deliver he will be on a jet plane to Boston just like Dalglish was.
I will ask this question if Preston spent 100m would they be expected to win the League along with Villa, Boro and Stoke City because I think they would.

Sorry, I was being facetious. No - they wouldn’t be expected to win the league just like Fulham who’ve spent over 100M are not expected to win the league. From what I’ve seen the fans want continued progress, which Klopp has given us.

Maybe that wasn’t seen by yourself, but the majority did - the majority that are fully behind Klopp and will continue to back him if we continue to progress which FSG will see, and it’s why they won’t sack him as long as the majority of fans are happy with him.

i think its how different people judge progress, I will always stick by the old traditional way which is the League being the yardstick, if people want to judge progress by five or six rounds of s cup competition that's fine with me.
So going back to the way I judge it, we won less games in the League, finished on fewer points than the previous season and had a lower win ratio...for me that's not progress.
Listen no matter what anybody judged it on the main people who will decide will be FSG and they have just give herr Klopp the best part of 200 million pounds, not to finish in the top four but to deliver a league title...agree with me or don't I really don't care...time will tell.

Klopp has brought us back in to the conversation again. It wasn’t that long ago you were saying that the league is a dead competition for us, now you’re saying we should challenge for the league. I understand you’ll move the goal posts on what you’ve said previously but I am currently bored and your stupidity amuses me.
