I’d be lying if I said I’ve never used my phone while driving but it is against the law and no one should be above that. If I was caught doing it then I’d be punished and that has to be the same for Mo unfortunately.

The car was surrounded by fans but no fans stood in front of the car. And from the footage, once he decided to move the car slowly, he put down his phone. He only picked up the phone to text when he stopped.

I know a rule is a rule and when you broke it, you are punished. However, the punishment is a deduction of points and a maximum fine of GBP200 as far as I know.

I dont think it is a serious case that need to be making stories of. And Salah was not putting anyone in danger as shown in the footage.

BTW.
I saw a lot of Scum fans mentioning that how unacceptable it is to use the phone even when the car stops and then I saw this photos.

No LAW was broken, a statute was broken.. If you took time to read the English bill of right's it is unlawful to fine someone!!

I assume no one was injured or suffered loss or death due to his actions, then there is no problem under common law.. There is under Admiralty law - this is what we are ALL duped into - hence the government impose fines..

The BBC bless them, deliberately appear to hide assist paedo's.. They also donate monies paid by us to them, into an Indian Charity - they gave 25m of OUR money..

BBC news has the audacity to claim other countries news outlets are propaganda pushing, yet the BBC is full of propaganda...

It's unlawful to fine someone? What should be done instead, beat them up, hang them, cut their hand? What else?

I think what he is saying that, by having a birth certificate you have entered into an agreement with the Crown institution - to pay taxes and obey their rules for the duration of your life.

A fraudalent relationship enforced by the QC(Queens Council)system which has basically removed Common Law.

And what is common law again? We don't have the Crown but we still pay taxes and fines

Bottom line if he killed someone he would be going down for a good number of years as a guest of her majesty

His car is stopped while he's using the phone. Shouldn't have done it, but not the end of the world.
