When you consider this development together with his outburst about being the best defender in the world one would be forgiven for thinking the guys head is in a bad place. We have a few days left to sign a top defender from overseas, I hope the club gets on with it. Lovern isn't dependable for a number of reasons, and could well prove to be a liability.

We have a few days left to sign a top defender from overseas, I hope the club gets on with it. Lovern isn't dependable for a number of reasons, and could well prove to be a liability. If a player gets injured it's not his call to judge it. He is supposed to report it to the club's medical department sharpish, so they can make an assessment and maybe get a specialist in to get the injury healed quicker. The club owns the player so it's their call to make!
A player can never be ok by keeping this kind of information to himself! That's a big no no! My reading is that Lovren thought that he would recover made and a foolish decision to not tell the club doctors. If we had a decent replacement he should be severely reprimanded and demoted for a month or so. I reckon Klopp will give him a real "pasting",.. in German no doubt.

The best defender in the world has the worst brain in the world. I mean what logic if any in hiding such an injury that has disrupted his recovery time as he says. It's a mystery to me.

I would imagine not declaring an injury is a serious disciplinary offence however it shows he wants to play for the club. I guess it depends how serious it is and the circumstances but VVD and lovern was my preferred line up. This is a disappointment for sure Not acceptable if true. Will show he has no brain if true. i m sure he hasnt got a brain

We can only sell players to overseas clubs
