Thing that put me off from him before he had signed for Everton was that he came from a Sunderland and We all know what happend last time we signed a goalkeeper from them.. I think English players are always overpriced but he is one of the best around and the world cup has deffo inflated his price... Why would the World Cup have inflated his price? According to you the rep side only played mediocre teams which made us look good and hence would’ve made him look good. The walking contradiction strikes again.

Apart from a Leicester City type scenario I think a Premier League title winning team needs a minimum of three world class type players...we have none even with the new signings made, in years to come these players could be but as we speak we have none within our squad... Is this a joke? Salah nominated for Balond'r and fifa best player, the guy is an icon already for the Arab world and a superstar of the english league, to be world class a player can walk in any team in the world and Salah can go to the top teams and not look out of place. Alisson and Van Dyke can walk to most teams in the league. That's 3.

Outrageous. 65m for a prospect has the world gone mad. He's more than a prospect, he's been playing at the top level for 2 seasons and has over 70 games in league & CL, he looked good against us last week.
