Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has warned Liverpool to move fast for Nabil Fekir, insisting a deal will not take place in August.

Since we refused to pay that amount for someone not guaranteed to have a long career. Aulas has been whoring him out to everyone.

We have some decent men in charge of transfers now and once we have a target he is ours. We saw that with Alisson. Van Dijk. Keita.

I think aulas will drop the price or at least restructure it or we will wait till January and get him for a lot less.

We should bid for pulisic to show that we won't wait.

Will he remain captain? I can see VvD being given the arm band as a guaranteed started. Hendo isn't a guaranteed starter now, Keita looks a level above him, not sure of Fabinho yet, but if we get the likes of Fekir Henderson will struggle to get in, that's how it should be, I like Henderson but we need to be bringing better in the first team, making the squad better, as we have.

I didn't know Hendo got the armband for life. Soz.

Henderson will remain club captain. It is not unusual for the captain to be on the bench. It may be to our advantage as it means opposition teams cannot expect to predict our line ups too easily.

I was talking about next season, so he won't be captain next season?

Either way he will be on the bench much more than he wants himself.
