If we get those four seriously, i apologise for any offence but will w@nk till i pass out with Glee.

So when did we actually interview him for the position?

By all accounts, Anfield is a closed shop at the moment with absolutely no information coming out of the club. No-one could possibly know what has been discussed between Purslow and Dalglish and i don't for one moment believe that some one who was brought in purely to increase the commercial income to the club would be given the power to appoint the next manager.
Brother he is not going to admit it untill he has signed on the dotted line. This job will the biggest in his career, he wouldn't jepordise it.

I Agree totally, i think if they were gonna give it to Woy, then in my opinion it would have been done long before now, if they've decided on him then why the long wait, it doesnt make sense!!!!

They may have thought that there is no point going for him straight away as the WC is on? Not sure but as people have said, it doesn't make sense and until something comes from the club i'll not worry too much. Look how much info has come out on here lately for it to not be true.

Maybe Woy had already agreed to the WC gig before being approached by Liverpool and he seems to be a man who stands by his commitments and plainly said "Yea i would love to but after my WC commitments".

Agree with you there emp although I am still a bit dissapointed its RH. But i'll back him and I agree that the foreign, fanciable / fashionable managers are not always the way to go.

He needs to be given a go and I don't think its a certainty that Stevie and Nando will want out because of this.

Question: If Kenny becomes Director of Football, which is likely, what will his role be in relation to Hodge and the transfer market?

What do you mean my birth certificate expired?

Let's be honest when it has come to foreign managers in the prem only two have been really succesfull.
Wenger given time and total control of youth set up and player choices.
Maureen given so much cash he could pimp anyone.

The original Liverpool way has been lost and will not come back. The owners have seen to that and when we get taken over it will be all about the money. Thats what you need to succeed now and it will ruin the game.

Because in the board's and yanks eye's putting Kenny in the role would be club political suicide for them.
They got rid of Rafa because he influenced the fans against the board (he did we have to admit that). So Imagine how much power Kenny would have, it would be almost on a religous scale it would be that high. Plus Kenny will and never be a yes man, LFC first in his eyes and everything else is 2nd.
