I'm not being negative, i'm being realistic.
Listen, a lot of people feel that he's not good enough for LFC. A lot of people are saying that they don't want him but will support him if he gets the job. If he loses those first 2 games, those same people are gonna be screaming blue murder and saying i told you so. They're incredibly difficult circumstances to work under, especially with the turmoil the club is already in.
If we give the job to Kenny then most fans will support him regardless. If we give the job to a promising young manager like Laudrup then most fans will give him the benefit of a season. But Hodgson won't get that time. What the club needs right now is stability and if it all goes tits up on the pitch, under Woy, then we're really in trouble.

Yes that could happen and maybe it wont happen. Lets wait and see first who the manager is, then what team we have and then what results we get.
Ur right if its Roy and his loses those two there will be big pressure but no more so than if we bring in someone who has never managed in the EPL, people will be saying why didn't you appoint someone experienced like roy!
Its all ifs and buts at the moment and I for one am going to evisage a great start to the new campaign for us. Its much more fun!
Kenny will not get the job, so stop tormenting yourself with that. He is far too popular to be appointed, it would be a minefield for the new owners.
