Some very conservative estimations.

Markovic can probably be released from his contract.
Migs would go for £10m to an Italian club as was rumoured in Jan.
Sturridge without injuries £25m. As he is if ready at the start of the season possibly £15m
Origi. Definitely £20m. If the likes of Arnautovic are worth over £20m and 15 goal Championship strikers like Scott Hogan go for £15m then he is worth £20m.
Ings. £10m Still only 25.
Moreno £10m

There are clubs out there who can buy these players and afford the wages to either stay in the PL or to make a push for promotion from Championship. Wolves, Fulham, Newcastle, Watford, Villa, Stoke. These clubs will all want something that they thought they could not previously buy.

Maybe we can sell some off to Southampton. Because of the age of some of our players they are worth more than many think especially at the inflated prices today.

Since Klopp’s arrival, other than Karius, no other German players bought?
I would have thought with his reputation back home, he would’ve had some pulling power.
Yes Bailey would be great.

Then why say ‘our budget as it is’ as if to suggest you know it’ll be low?

No idea. I’ve said before that the notion that we’ll have £Xm as a war chest is a bit ridiculous.

George Soros seems to have money to throw away, maybe we should tap him up for a few bob?

Why ? They would obviously have a figure in mind

Would they? No fees are paid in advance so I'd suggest there wouldn't be a fixed sum. I'd suggest that they'd look at each deal and how much in installments and up front they would have to pay and base any signings around that and how it fits into their working budgets just as any business would.

Most Liverpool fans have a broad idea of our financial capabilities in the transfer market we don't know the exact sum that's known only to the directors of the club and it might change anyway depending on circumstances. When you post on koptalk there is an assumption people can think for themselves maybe that's assuming too much.

Buy

£40m fabinho (just happened)
£60m Oblak
£60m Fekir

Sell
Sturridge - £4 million
Ings - £4 million
Markovic - £4 million
Lallana - £30 million (Is english so will easily fetch that price whilst his reputation isnt yet marred by injuries as sturridges has been. Get rid before it does to get as much as we can)
Origi - £6 million
Mignolet - £4 million

£52 million in change to buy two young hot prospects
I'd choose a CB and a Striker. Or could spend it all on a striker...though I'm not sure you'd get a top class established player in that position for that money in today's market.

I think we have a summer budget of 180M without player sale, ie, 60 left from Coutinho sale, 70 from CL and 50 from usual yearly kitty. We have already used 90m on Fabinho and Keita. I would spend the 90 left on Fekir and a GK. If we can sell for 50m, would spend it on a striker, though the best we can get for that kind of fee is Lewandowski. This means no new CB. If the GK is too expensive then no striker neither.

Klopp brought Matip from Bundesliga, but he's not German, it has surprised me we have not been in for more German based players and ex Dortmund players, but I guess if anyone knows if they will suit the PL, it would be Klopp.

When you think of it, not that many players have come over from Bundesliga to the PL, surprising when you consider they are quite similar leagues.
