Obviously we all would like the club to sign lots of players but with the budget as it is and we are not a bad team and too many signings distrupt.

My thoughts if I was Klopp

Goalkeeper whatever it takes no arguments

Defence fine a lot moan about lovern but he has been a different player since VVD came and this is the pragmatists thread right ?

The guy we have just signed plus Keita plus this other guy beginning with K thats that skirted competing wth Henderson and the Dutch bloke begining with W

Salah and firminho as first choice strikers are fine but allowing for injuries and ings and solanke being not up to standard perhaps another striker. With Ngog coming back as fourth choice

So other than Keita and whatsisname and the bloke we about to sign beginning with K we just sign a goalkeeer and a striker. And our business could be done by July allowing for bonding and blending

What we all think it is, use your imagination. We know it won't be £400m

Buy

£40m fabinho (just happened)
£60m Oblak
£60m Fekir

Sell
Sturridge - £4 million
Ings - £4 million
Markovic - £4 million
Lallana - £30 million (Is english so will easily fetch that price whilst his reputation isnt yet marred by injuries as sturridges has been. Get rid before it does to get as much as we can)
Origi - £6 million
Mignolet - £4 million

£52 million in change to buy two young hot prospects
I'd choose a CB and a Striker. Or could spend it all on a striker...though I'm not sure you'd get a top class established player in that position for that money in today's market.

Origi 1 year left on his contract, I am thinking around £15m mark

I think Liverpool will accept any permanent deal for Sturridge to anyone that will pay his wages.

Lallana I think we should keep.

Mignolet should not be offloaded until we've definitely brought in a number 1 keeper in my opinion.

Ings could be desirable to other Prem teams, think you might be undervaluing him.

£60m sounds madness for keeper but as long as we get one that's all that matters.

£60 million is allot, but a keeper like Oblak could play 10 years for us (he's 25), so long term would be a good investment, we need an established number 1 to come in if we want to challenge for PL, teams that win leagues have top keepers.
