Real has a much better first team and even better bench, so it's not a surprise they won especially with our best player our. However, those kind of mistakeS is unacceptable.

No that wonder goal and it was a wonder goal didn't kill the game Snakeye, we were still in it until Karius's second howler. Three things killed the game: 1. A deliberate game ending foul on our best player. 2. Being out performed in midfield. 3. A keeper being asked to perform at a level way beyond his capabilities. If you were to be super critical you could add Klopp's apparent inability to lift his players at the half time interval.

I would have subbed karius after the first goal.
Important that we don’t waste time trying to rebuild him now.
Get rid and sign a proper keeper.

The problem with Karius is that he takes risks when it's not necessary, like the first goal, he could have passed to another defender away from Benzema, he made a few ok saves during the game.

The second Bale goal was a bad one, his foot positioning and jumping looked all wrong, should have had his body behind it, but the ball was moving allot and we were pushing forward for an equaliser, so Bale was allowed to shoot from distance, if it was 2-2 Bale wouldn't have got the shot off as he would have been closed down better.

The thing is Karius would probably be a very good keep for a team like Burnley or Everton. I just don’t think he has what it takes to make it with us, he can’t handle the pressure.

We won’t get anything if we try to sell now so if loan him out and try to sell next year. Bring in a top goalie and let Ward be his back up
