It's really a shame. I loved watching him. Cracking player when fit, but he hasn't been consistently fit in a while. A bit like Aurelio, I wonder how he could have been if his body hadn't let him down.
I will put him in the same category as Aurelio. A world class talent imo but because of their injuries their career faded. I miss him to be honest because he was a deadly finisher that won us many games.
