You haven't answered YOURS!
WHY do we need to know the exact details of your telly? Are you trying to prove something? He told us it was 55" 4k because if it was a 12" black and white then it would not be a hard choice to go the pub and watch it. That's a hell of a tv and exactly the kind you want to watch football on. Whatever, sigh. Well quite simply, with NO willy waving as is his want, I shall be watching it on tv. It's good enough, and will suffice Make model and size TOTALLY irrelevant and unnecessary.

Does your telly go to a white dot in the centre of the screen when you switch it off ?.... asking for a friend.

Whats all this about a train strike?????
I am near Swindon and will probably go and watch in the pub BUT if we win I am planning to drive up to Manchester on Sunday morning, pick up my son who is at Uni there, then get the train across to Liverpool to join in the celebrations.
Any train strike totally fux up my plans.

I think you might be ok the strike is definitely Saturday but it might be off Sunday although the unions might extend it for the Liverpool parade to put pressure on. I would also check Northern rail website regularly they are in chaos at the moment with labour issues and new timetables the Manchester evening news had a headline Northern fail.

The local's going to be too noisy, I like to hear the prematch views and the commentary, so I'll watch it at home on a similar setup to Stanley's, so will be awesome! Especially if we win, which I'm quietly optimistic of. I expect an open, attacking high scoring game so I'm going for a 4 - 3 win for the magnificently brilliant reds! YNWA!

Thanks for that Stanley. I will get my son to keep an eye on things up there through the week. We have already booked tickets at £7 each for a return. Could have done it on the day but would have been £23 each for 3 of us. Should the worst happen and we don't win then its only £7 apiece for unused tickets. But having to drive early on a Sunday morning will mean not drinking more than a couple of pints Saturday night. If we win I am sure I can make up for that somehow later in the week.

I'll be watching it with my dad at my parents' house, as the missus will be monopolizing our place. He played American Football on the collegiate level, but over the years I've slowly indoctrinated him. Now he has no time for the NFL and loves watching LFC.
Should be a cracker of a game.
