Overall I'm happy with this appointment seeing some less than partisan history between The Petulant, Ex Old Toilet, Penalty Kick specialist and Ref for The Final.

I'm not saying any do it consciously but sometimes refs do seem to favour one team over another. Do you think the refs favoured us against City? Lots of people might think so as we scored from an action starting from an offside position in the first game and they were disallowed a good goal in the second game when Milner passed the ball back. I think it was just a couple of mistakes.

I would rather say we were lucky that his mistakes favoured us but I am sure he didn't do it consciously
