Mazic was also in charge of England for Sam Allardyce's only game as manager when Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana scored a last-minute winner in a 1-0 victory over Slovakia, after Martin Skrtel was given a red card. He has refereed five matches in the Champions League already this season, including one during the qualification rounds. He has issued 18 yellow cards at an average of 3.6 per game. I know all refs are 'impartial' but they're also human. I think that refs are impartial, they can makes mistakes but don't agree that they favour x or y because or personal feelings. They wouldn't risk their jobs for that unless they get something out of it, ie, are corrupt.

Hercules/AF 58 1st Team Squad H Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 8,595	I'd say they're in a position to see lots of stuff we don't see and they also get info from their assistants so that informs many of their apparently inexplicable decisions, they do the best they can in general, though I'd hesitate to say that about United's twelfth man...
