I'm with the minority here in that i don't rate Bojan. Only seen him twice and it's like watching some one play in slow motion. I quite like Kevin Doyle though. I reckon he'd make excellent back up for us if we persist in this boring defensive play of one up top.

Kevin Doyle is a fine player, but do you honestly believe he is big enough for Liverpool? His nearly 27, he is probably about as good as he is going to get, if he was 19 or 20 I'd say yeah go for him his a good prospect.

At least we could hopefully mould Bojan into what we want.

That would take quite a lot of moulding. Basically, if he can't cut it in Spain and if he can't score goals in THAT team, what chance would he have here?

Another case of choosing a player based on the team he plays for rather than his ability.

fuc*ing hell it comes to somthing when we start talking about players like kevin doyle & liverpool fc in the same breath do some of you actually realise what you are saying??? or is this what the future holds for our great club with the history we have?? so your saying the future of this club is down to sh*t players like kevin doyle,the only players that should be connected with this club should be class players in the torres/reina mould players who are the best in the position.wake up scouse fans & stop connecting this club with sh*te players & stop putting us down coz you feel down coz of the state were in.

I don't think anyone is saying that Kevin Doyle would be the future of the club. I believe he could come in and do a job for us, that's it. The likes of Kevin MacDonald, Nigel Spackman and Ronnie Rosenthal were hardly world class but all came in and did a good job for us when we needed it.

i dont think u can rate a player solely by which team he plays for just look at nicolus bentner, he plays for one of the best teams in england n he is completly shiit. the only other worse striker inn the PL is heskey.

emp if it makes you feel beta i would have doyle over bentner and heskey

no dont mean to sound bolshy but should we really be talking about naff players like doyle when we should be looking at class players who could come here & turn our club around,we already have too many players in the "can do us a job" class thats why we are wan*
