Ok. So everyone is gonna be rested.
I've seen a few line up predictions which included Tinhead from brookside and Fred the weather man playing wing backs. Moreno still couldn't get a game.
Here's my effort.

It would be the funniest thing ever if we manage to beat Everton with our reserves. Fred the Weatherman is playing left back at Strangeways, he signed there for 7 years, there away at Wormwood scrubs tomorrow. Henderson will play, as he is suspended for City game: Karius Clyne Masterson Lovren Moreno Henderson Wijnaldum Ox Ings Solanke Woodburn It would be funny if they beat Everton at their own ground. With those defenders you want us to lose or what? If we pass City, we'll have a similar problem with most of our remaining games and risk of losing out on 4th. So we are in a difficult situation. Can Ings really rise up to the required level?

We need 8 points from our remaining 6 games.
Today is a good day to take at least 1 point. We cannot pass the chance of winning today completely, just because we have Tuesday on our mind.

Does anyone have any info why Grujic was left out of Cardiff's squad for last night's game v Wolves? He played the full game v Sheff Utd last Monday but no mention of any injury in the preview or round up for last night's game.
Someone on Twitter mentioned that he wasn't registered for the CL squad in Jan, but he surely would be ok for PL games if we've come to an agreement with Cardiff to end his loan spell.

There is no way we would recall him for one game. He hasn't had any time to prepare for this one. Klopp loves his prep and will have an idea. I'd be well surprised if grujic comes back for this.

A point away is a good result with a depleted team, we controlled the game until the last 20 minutes after the substitutions.
It was good to see Clyne back, he looked good, considering he's been out all season, Solanke was abit unlucky, he just needs one to bang against his shin and in, Ings worked hard, never really had a clear opportunity.
Karius had a good game, commanded the box and did a really good save from Bolase, surprised we played VvD & Lovren, Klavan kept giving the ball away at LB, but good to see him back as we need him with Matip out, what happened to Moreno, Sky said he was injured in the warm up but he wasn't selected to start anyways?
Can't remember the last derby there were no yellow cards? good for us as no further injuries but surprised Everton didn't go in strong to worry us abit.
To come through with a point and set us up to put out our best 11 against City on Wednesday is a good result.

Can Ings really rise up to the required level? Clyne had a really good game considering he was out the season, he was solid and looked comfortable, got a few crosses in as well. Moreno had a good first half to the season, Robertson is much better, but needs a rest (reports are Robertson was injured?), I would have had Klavan with Lovren to rest VvD if I knew Klavan was back, as it was a risk playing VvD IMO, but looks like he came through ok. Ings needs games, he will get goals.

Did we miss a trick? Mane, Firminho & Ox all got game time. Maybe we should have either started with them to try and get a lead and then take them off; or we could have had all three as subs and bvrought them on together.
everton were so bad... all 3 points were there for the taking.

Ings and solanke showed why they're nowhere near the first team.
Loam them both out and flog them at the first opportunity.
