Doesn't play like Kuyt, first he is faster and plays further back. Dirk has and always be a goal poacher.
Would like to see Torres and Kuyt given a run of games playing up front together. If kuyt get's his poaching boots back, could see a lethal double act merging.

trouble with Kuyt is that he has no real burst of speed. hes a marathon runner not a sprinter so hes always 2 yards short.

Would nice to see back in his correct position though, he did have a good record before Rafa decided to convert into a workhorse, and if liddelpools assessment of Jovanovic (gonna have to shorten that!) is right then we could have a decent attack next season

agreed with all of that, i think he needs to go. thanks for all yr effort which everyone will agree has been fantastic but its a shame he hasnt got the talent to match. i like him as a player that gives 100% but his not a player good enough for a team looking to win/challenge for trophys, his a fantastic player for a team trying to avoid relegation.
i know he had a fantastic gaol record in Holland but not too convinced about him being a great poacher like some are trying to make out
