posted this yesterday in other thread:-

Onto the Big One!

This is a dangerous game for Maureen, they have Sevilla next Tuesday in the CL with that tie finely poised. They have got to be looking at that game coming up wanting to qualify to advance to the Quarters with more revenue. As things stand there is a healthy gap for both teams between 5th placed Chelsea, so Maureen will just try and shut up shop to take a draw.

We have the advantage coming into this one because we can really have a go at them knowing our next game is a full week away.
If I were Klopp I would be going at Utd full heavy metal and giving them the runaround. If we get our noses in front 1st, I really don't see Maureen throwing the kitchen sink at us with his eye on Sevilla on Tuesday. I'm expecting Maureen to take Pogba out of the spotlight for this one because there has been a LOT of speculation over their relationship and if he were to play Pogba and we do them at OT, there'll be allsorts of negativity going into the Sevilla game which Maureen will not want.

I'm expecting us to win well here...a 0 v 3 or 0 v 4 scoreline.

I just want to see the Stretford End emptying out early and their players crawling off the pitch, absolutely knackered going into their game v Sevilla!

Thought we had a go second half but overall United fully deserved the victory, Jose got his tactics spot on on how to deal with us.
I know the stats might make it look that we were well in the game especially with the corner kick count but just feel that didn't tell the story, United allowed us to control a lot of possession but if you look at it closely we ne really had hardly any clean cut chances where's United seemed to be able to cut us open at will especially in the first half and especially with the Mata chance.
The worrying thing is our defence still looks awful, I mentioned in an earlier thread that Lukaku needed a big game and although he never scored I just felt like he bullied our back four especially first half. It seems people getting carried away with recent defensive performances have again yielded yet another false dawn,
Anyway I think that's United home and hosed for second place now and the defeat has got the top flour place up for grabs again if Spurs and Chelsea win, let's see how it goes...

Mou concentrated on our right side with TAA and it worked a treat for them. I hate losing to these baskets! Karius played well again, Firmino tried his hardest to conjure something, Salah & Mane were not at it today and it's moments like these you realise how weak our strength indepth is because Solanke, Lallana and Wij don't offer the sort of threat to an opposing team as an impact substitute. Disappointed that we played them at a time suitable for us, rather than them and feel we could have done much better than that performance. It's important for us to bounce right back after that.
